Developing and implementing protocols and procedures for various pathological tests and analyses.
Providing training and continuing education prospects for pathology staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest techniques, protocols, and technologies in the field.
Collaborating with other departments within the healthcare facility, such as clinical departments and administrative staff, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and productive workflow.
