Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, systems and other IT equipment.
Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals and basic network infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Maintain IT assets, user accounts, system records and technical documentation.
Assist with backups, system updates, antivirus and basic IT security activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for technical requirements.
Follow company IT policies, security procedures and documentation standards.
Support current projects, testing,



installation and implementation activities as required.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and basic networking.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS and DHCP.
Knowledge of Windows and basic Linux concepts is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
