Key Responsibilities
Windows desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP troubleshooting.
New user system setup, software installation, and IT onboarding support.
Provide day-to-day technical support to all Chennai office users as well as our Site office users.
Maintain IT asset inventory, system allocation, and related documentation.
Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, networking, internet, and other technical issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
Assist with Outlook, Teams, and other standard IT application-related issues.
Support IT offboarding activities, including asset collection and system/data-related requirements.
Maintain IT support/incident records and prepare necessary reports.




Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure at the Chennai office.
Handle other routine IT support and technical activities assigned by the IT Manager.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any stream / Diploma in IT or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in IT support, IT Executive, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to provide on-site support and learn current technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
