About the Role

We are looking for a Business Finance skilled to support our D2C operations. The role will own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while working closely with internal stakeholders across functions. This is a plant-based role with presence across our Bhiwandi and Bangalore locations.

Key Responsibilities
Own budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning for the D2C vertical
Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and supply chain to drive financial insights
Prepare MIS reports, variance analyses, and periodic financial reviews
Track actuals vs. budget and provide commentary on deviations
Support business decisions through financial modelling and scenario planning

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in business finance or FP&A;
Prior exposure to D2C or consumer businesses preferred
Solid proficiency in Excel; ERP or BI tools are a plus
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working in a plant/operations-driven setting
