SureEvents is a recruitment consultancy providing permanent staffing services across IT and non-IT sectors across major metropolitan cities . We are seeking a recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience to join our all-women team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify suitable candidates through job portals, skilled networks and other recruitment channels.
Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience and suitability for client requirements.
Communicate career opportunities clearly and professionally.
Coordinate the selection process between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate recruitment records.
Support hiring across multiple positions.
Candidate Requirements
6 months to 1.5 years of recruitment experience.
Recruitment consultancy or staffing experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred. Please apply with your latest resume.
Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
