We are looking for talented and driven Associates to join a client-facing management consulting team. This role involves leading project workstreams, developing strategic recommendations, solving complex business challenges, and contributing to high-impact client engagements across industries.
Role & responsibilities
Build strong client relationships and support strategic decision-making
Independently manage and lead multiple project workstreams
Develop impactful presentations, workshops, and client-ready deliverables
Contribute to strategy development, process improvement, performance measurement, and digital transformation initiatives
Critically evaluate and enhance team recommendations and deliverables
Contribute to business proposals and internal strategic initiatives
Guide and mentor Analysts and junior team members
Eligibility
B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, DTU, etc.), CA, and/or full time MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Exposure to Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or related sectors
Skills & Qualifications
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Solid knowledge of 12 industry domains
Understanding of strategy development and implementation
Knowledge of process improvement, performance measurement, and digital transformation
Comfortable with frequent international travel (Saudi Arabia, UAE)
