We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR recruiter(male or female) to joinour team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end- to -end recruitment and talent aquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Key responsibility
Handle end- to-end recruitment process (creating job post, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding)
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Conduct intial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with managers
Ensure smooth onboarding follow ups
Build solid pipelines for future hiring needs
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experince as HR recruiter
Prior experince inmanufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple requirements
Candidates must be located in chennai
Basic knowledge of HR operation will be prefered
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree / MBA/ PG in HR or related filed.
