: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer to join our L&D; team in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering engaging training programs across multiple business functions and supporting employee development, assessments, and campus hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions across Sales, Operations, Academics, and HR.
Develop training modules, assessments, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
Support campus recruitment and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Plan and manage training schedules and maintain training records.
Track assessment scores, participant feedback, and training outcomes.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys,



and performance metrics.
Work closely with internal teams to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.

Required Skills:
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to conduct interactive training sessions for diverse groups.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proactive and result-oriented approach.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office and digital learning platforms.
Fresh graduates/postgraduates with a solid interest in Learning & Development are welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
