Program Structure Phase 1: Classroom Training (3 Days | Navi Mumbai)

Product portfolio & molecular diagnostic solutions
Healthcare sales training, doctor interaction & pitching skills
Grooming & field-readiness sessions
Product-based and final evaluation assessments
Travel reimbursement: Two-way travel expenses reimbursed up to ₹2,500 (proof to be submitted) for participants travelling from outside training city.
Phase 2: On-Field Training (For candidates shortlisted after Phase 1)
Hospital & diagnostic centre visits
Doctor meetings and real client interactions
Territory management & field execution alongside Regional Sales Managers
Real-time healthcare sales exposure
Note
Stipend: . ₹1,000 per day will be provided only to candidates who complete the full 10-day Phase 2 training.

Note 1: Candidates not shortlisted after Phase 1 will conclude the program after the Classroom training. Note 2: Stipend and certificate will be awarded only upon successful completion of the entire training program. Participants who discontinue midway will not be eligible for either. Travel reimbursement of up to ₹2,500 will be provided to participants traveling from outside the training city (subject to submission of valid travel proofs) .
