We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts Team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and are willing to learn practical accounting operations.
Eligibility
Freshers / recently passed-out candidates.
B.Com, BAF, or other relevant accounting/commerce degree.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Willingness to learn Zoho Books and day-to-day accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Pass and record bills/invoices in Zoho Books.
Prepare and record vouchers.
Pass journal entries and maintain accounting records.
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations.
Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
Assist the senior accounts team with routine accounting activities.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of Debit & Credit.
Knowledge of Journal Entries and Vouchers.
Understanding of basic accounting terminology.
Basic Excel skills.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
