We're a quick-growing YouTube content company whose videos regularly cross millions of views, for our own channels and for our clients. We're looking for a creative editor who lives and breathes storytelling and knows how to turn a story into a video people can't look away from.

CTC:

₹2.4 – 3 LPA (based on experience)

What you'll do:
Craft high-retention long-form videos end to end, taking a script and voiceover and shaping it into a rapid-paced, engaging visual story.
Make the creative calls that matter: pacing, rhythm, the right visual at the right beat, the cut that keeps someone watching for ten more minutes.
Bring your own taste and ideas - we care how a video feels , and we want an editor who makes each one better than the brief.

You must have:
Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
Working knowledge of After Effects
A sharp sense of story, pacing,



and what holds a viewer's attention
An eye for finding and choosing the right visuals to tell a story
A portfolio of long-form YouTube work you're proud of

Bonus: Motion graphics or thumbnail design.
