We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Production Officer Trainee to join our production team in Tirunelveli. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in manufacturing and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities and operations.
Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with production supervisors and team members.
Monitor machine and manpower utilization.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Support quality and safety procedures on the shop floor.
Identify production issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.




Assist in improving productivity, efficiency, and process quality.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
0–1 year of experience in production/manufacturing.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production workplace.
Ability to learn and adapt to current processes.
