Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to inquiries, and presenting suitable gifting and office solution offerings to prospective and existing clients.

The Inside Sales

Representative will qualify leads, prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing client relationships,



coordinating with operations and design teams to ensure timely delivery, and working toward sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
Solid Inside Sales skills, including handling inquiries, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through
Experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
Background in Account Management, including relationship building and ongoing client support
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity software
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Prior experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
