Job Purpose

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing bills and payments, and assisting with statutory compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and ledger records.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and maintaining bank records.
Maintain vendor and customer outstanding records.
Assist in salary, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other compliance-related work.
Maintain accounting documents and proper filing.
Prepare Excel sheets and basic MIS/accounting reports.




Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Projects, and other departments for accounts-related requirements.
Assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT.
Positive understanding of accounting entries and bank reconciliation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
