IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

Royal Drive is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and maintain IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, user-access, and IT system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems and applications.
Manage user accounts, email, system access, and shared resources.
Support routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and other network devices.
Support servers, CCTV, biometric attendance, VoIP, and other IT systems.
Maintain IT asset records and assist with hardware allocation and replacement.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
Maintain IT support tickets, documentation, and system records.
Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures.

Required Skills




Good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware troubleshooting.
Basic/intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server/Linux is an advantage.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or System Administration.
Freshers with valuable technical knowledge may also apply.
