We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting global customers with queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service standards.




Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate Freshers/ Undergraduate with 6 months3 years of experience in customer service can apply (international process preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Location- Gurugram and Noida both

Both side cabs

Salary- 3 to 4.8 LPA(+incentives) basis communication skill and experience
