Looking for candidates with solid L1/L2 Product/Application Support experience rather than pure IT Service Desk/Desktop Support.
Candidates should have experience supporting enterprise applications/products, including incident troubleshooting, service requests, RCA, escalation, production support and SLA management.
ServiceNow experience is important, preferably hands-on experience with Incident Management, Service Requests, SLA, user access, ticket management and application support.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira as well.
Some exposure to Agile / Portfolio / PPM tools is preferred. Candidates with experience on any of the below or similar tools would be relevant:
Aha!
Planview
Clarity
Jira Align
Kendis
Serena Business Management
EPM
Other Agile / Portfolio Management applications
The candidate does not necessarily need to be an expert in Portfolio tools, but some hands-on exposure/support experience would be highly preferred.
Good communication skills are key, as the role involves interaction with users, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Location preference: Delhi NCR / Gurgaon is preferred.
Hyderabad is also a preferred location, especially for the Operations team.
