Briptech is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to learn Human Resources through practical, hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.
What You’ll Do
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Post job openings on recruitment platforms
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
Support the HR team in daily activities
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
What We’re Looking For
Freshers are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, BBA or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Robust coordination and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
