About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical recruitment and be comfortable managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT/technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Digital Marketing, Business Analysts, etc.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within hiring timelines.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.
Solid ownership, coordination, and candidate management skills.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in IT/Software Company recruitment will be preferred.
Experience handling multiple technical positions simultaneously.
Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
