We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
Understand technical requirements and identify relevant IT profiles.
Conduct initial screening and candidate evaluation.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage offer negotiation, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Required Skills
36 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
Positive understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, C++, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.
Solid sourcing and screening skills
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
Knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market
