To act as a legal point of contact for all the organisation stakeholders
Preliminary Legal opinion and documentation for the lands company explores and considers
Check List and Primafacy for the Land in persuit
Decent knowlwdge on Land related documents and Legal aspects of the Land
Vendor Contracts
Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Allotment Letters and other documents pertaining to the property on sale (flat, plot or a villa etc)
RERA , GST, IT other compliance and act as Legal SPOC.
NDA, Employee, Investor related Legal documents

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
