Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to inbound inquiries related to Website Development, Zoho, CRM, SaaS, and digital solutions.
Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
Understand client requirements, business challenges, budgets, and project expectations.
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain and present relevant website, Zoho, CRM, and technology solutions to prospects.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with the Solutions Consultant.
Coordinate with the technical/solutions team to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with prospects.
Track sales opportunities and maintain the sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up on proposals and ensure timely closure of opportunities.




Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technology solutions.

Candidate Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Technology Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in IT/SaaS sales may also be considered.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and potential customers.
Comfortable handling sales calls, emails, WhatsApp conversations, and online meetings.
Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
Customer-focused approach with robust relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn about current technology products and solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
