8 - 12 Years in large scale and premium residential townships, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, 5 Star Hotels, SEZs and Mixed Use Developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
Preparation of BOQs.
Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
KEY SKILLS:
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Positive communication skills.
