Education: B-Tech in Electronics/Electrical and MBA (Preferred)
Job Requirement
12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Commercial Management.
Responsible for end to end procurement of Domestic & Global enterprise requirements of IP/MPLS, ILL, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, Cloud, last mile UBR links, Service delivery manpower etc.
Responsible for OPEX management of AMCs
Drive sourcing strategy, RFx management, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
Lead vendor governance, SLA monitoring, supplier performance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Manage supply chain operations, delivery, inventory and device recovery.
Deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Business, Finance, Legal, Network, and Operations teams.
Lead and mentor sourcing teams while driving high performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Robust commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, leadership capability, and experience managing global supplier relationships.
