Role: Customer Experience
What Will You Do?
Interact with customers through calls, chats, WhatsApp & social media
Handle customer queries, complaints & order-related concerns
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution
Support customer retention & customer experience
Maintain basic CRM records and customer details
Collect customer feedback and share insights
Coordinate with internal teams for customer/order-related issues
Build positive and long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer, Excel Sheet & social media knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
