Recommend market strategy and pricing strategy for better growth and reach.
Liaise between the banks and the sales team to materialize the accrued banking leads and oversee

the process till activation.
Striking alliances and partnerships with banks and other payment partners and activating payment

options offered by Paytm
Developing and nurturing the banking channel for business and ensuring the partnership of Paytm

for all e-payment related solutions for the bank's clients.
Managing White Label Products with Leading banks

-Development of newer solutions by evaluating opportunities in the Banking and Payments industry. -Respond to market trends to lead creation of new products and services that meet major customer needs

-Lead the Strategic Partnerships function, including recruiting and developing a team of senior members.





Requirements
Bachelors or PGDM degree in business or finance related field

-5 + years of qualified experience in a similar role
An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative bent of mind and strong work ethics
Candidate's from the Fintech/Payment's background will be preferred
Understanding of sustainable finance markets and Fintech setting

-Excellent People Management & Planning Skills
