We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety, compliance, and implementation of HSE standards at the project/site.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements.
Monitor PPE usage, work permits, and protected work practices.
Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare reports.
Maintain daily, weekly,
and monthly HSE reports and documentation.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers.
Coordinate with site/project teams to maintain a safe working setting.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HSE/Safety experience .
Relevant HSE/Safety qualification preferred.
Candidates from Narayani, Patna University, RLI, or CLI preferred.
Experience in industrial/project/site safety preferred.
Robust knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work site-based in Bokaro .
Salary: Up to 45,000 In-Hand per Month
