Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and update credit & operational policies for HL and LAP products.
Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
Monitor portfolio trends and recommend policy changes to manage risk.
Partner with credit, sales, legal, technical, risk, and operations teams for policy implementation.
Support current product program launches, policy exceptions, and process enhancements.
Maintain updated policy documentation and version control.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for field teams.
Benchmark market practices and competitor policy frameworks.
Ensure timely policy circulation, communication, and adherence tracking
