Position Summary

Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company values and ESG goals.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in areas like education, health, and workplace.
Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and maintain proper documentation/reporting.
Measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives.
Drive employee engagement through volunteering and internal CSR programs.
Support communication and branding of CSR activities through reports and storytelling.

Critical Success Factors - Essential
Proven experience in planning and executing CSR/community development programs
Solid understanding of CSR regulations, compliance, documentation and reporting
Experience working with NGOs, government bodies and community stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple CSR projects, budgets, timelines and implementation partners
Solid stakeholder management,
