Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination
Manage customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses.
Prepare, review, and submit quotations within defined timelines.
Follow up on quotations, customer requirements, and order confirmations.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and customer interactions.

Order Processing & Management
Receive, verify, and process customer Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Track order progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Ensure accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.

Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, deliveries, documentation, and commercial queries.
Handle customer communication related to delivery schedules, replacements, pricing, order modifications, and service requests.
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders and escalate critical concerns whenever required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and qualified communication.

Documentation & MIS
Maintain customer master data and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor pending orders, deliveries, and open enquiries.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Dispatch teams.
Support sales activities by ensuring timely execution of backend operations.
Contribute to process improvements for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.
