Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2–3 IT support for users, devices, and business applications
Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and identity/access requests
Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
Implement and maintain security controls across systems and endpoints via Intune.
Configure devices and Support endpoint management, compliance, and device security policies via Intune.
Assist with firewall, VPN, and network security configuration
Monitor backups, system health, and recovery processes
Support incident response, troubleshooting, and security alerts
Work with GRC to implement and maintain security requirements

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
Experience with Microsoft 365 settings
Understanding of identity, access,



and endpoint management concepts
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, firewalls)
Experience supporting IT systems, users, and infrastructure
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra-ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)
Exposure to cybersecurity or compliance environments
Familiarity with firewall and backup systems
Google Workspace administration experience
IT certifications (Microsoft / CompTIA / cybersecurity)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
