Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas, functions, data management, and reporting.
Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting
Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware.
Basic knowledge of networking and peripheral devices will be an added advantage.
Software & Hardware Integration
Ability to support software and hardware integration.




Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to system integration.
Technical Issue Resolution
Identification, analysis, and resolution of day-to-day technical and system-related issues.
Ability to provide timely support and minimize operational disruptions.
User Coordination & Technical Support
Coordinate effectively with internal users and different departments.
Provide timely technical assistance, guidance, and user support.

English Communication Skills
