key resposibilities
Installation, servicing and maintenance of lifts/elevators.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
Handle lift breakdowns and customer complaints.
Inspect and maintain lift components, including motors, brakes, doors, sensors, switches, ropes and control panels.
Perform testing and ensure secure and smooth operation of lifts.
Assist in lift installation, commissioning and handover.
Maintain service reports and records.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and customers at different sites.
Follow all company safety procedures and required lift safety practices.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates who have worked as a Lift Technician / Elevator Technician / Lift Service Technician / Lift Maintenance Technician and have practical field experience will be given preference.
