Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 3 - 5 years of experience to independently handle End-to-End Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Employee Relations, HR MIS and Statutory Compliance.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Jewellery, Retail, Non-IT or other operational environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End Recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other channels.
Conduct resume screening and initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer release and joining.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, KYC and employee records.
Handle attendance, leave, shifts, weekly offs and absenteeism.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and payroll processing.
Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, advances, loans, current joiners and exits.
Handle employee queries, grievances and employee relations.




Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, confirmations, increments, promotions and exits.
Coordinate statutory compliance activities.
Maintain HR MIS covering recruitment, joining, attrition, attendance, absenteeism, payroll and employee movements.
Prepare HR reports and support management with accurate HR data.
Handle exit formalities, exit interviews, F&F; coordination and relieving/experience letters.
