We are looking for experienced International Voice Process Executives to handle international customers, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards.
Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurugram location.
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
Salary
As per experience and interview performance.
