Knowlix Learning, a leading premium hybrid learning platform, is looking for a skilled and professional HR Executive to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for people management.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
Manage employee engagement, attendance, and performance coordination.
Maintain skilled communication with candidates and employees.
Support HR policies, team management, and administrative activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




MBA in HR or an HR-related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred.
Excellent English fluency is a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Solid decision-making, multitasking, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
