Job Location; Whitefield Bangalore.

Industry: E-Commerce / Quick Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Set up warehouse layout, ensure productive space utilization, and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

Transportation & Logistics:

Coordinate the entire order cycle, including planning transport routes, negotiating with carriers/vendors, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Operational Optimization

Develop and implement logistics strategies, Analyze supply chain data, and initiate process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Compliance & Safety:

Maintain high standards of health and safety (OHS)



in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse and transport personnel.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role.

Expertise in warehouse management software (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS).

Solid leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and resolve unforeseen issues quickly

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
