Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
Strong creativity, design sense, and space-planning skills.
Positive understanding of materials, colours, lighting, furniture, finishes, and architectural elements.
Ability to prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and 3D presentations.
Knowledge of site measurements, detailed drawings, and execution drawings.
Ability to develop design concepts and present them effectively to clients.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Understanding of architectural and interior design standards and construction details.
Robust communication and client-handling skills.
Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to coordinate with site teams during project execution.
Portfolio of previous design work is required.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Architectural Design preferred.
