Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management, including goal setting, appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms.
Design and administer compensation, perks and rewards structures; ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Drive employee engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.
Identify training needs and lead learning & development and succession planning programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, etc.).
Oversee payroll, HR operations and HRIS; maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.
Prepare and manage the HR budget; track HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
Advise senior management on organizational design, change management and people-related decisions.

Qualifications




MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred); Bachelor's degree at minimum.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years managing a team or function.
Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
