Exotistic Design Studio is looking for a creative and technically robust Interior Architect who can handle projects from concept development to detailed drawings and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept development, space planning & design presentations
Preparation of detailed working drawings & elevations
Furniture, ceiling, flooring & electrical layouts
3D modelling and photorealistic visualization
Material, furniture, lighting & finish selection
BOQ and specification coordination
Coordination with clients, vendors, contractors & site teams
Site visits, execution monitoring & design problem-solving
Managing projects from concept to final handover
Software Skills:
AutoCAD | 3ds Max | Corona/V-Ray | SketchUp | Photoshop | MS Office
We’re looking for someone with:
Solid design and detailing skills
Good knowledge of interior materials and construction
Practical understanding of site execution
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
A strong portfolio of interior design work
Qualification: B.Arch / B.Des / Degree or Diploma in Interior Architecture or Interior Design Interested candidates can share their CV + Portfolio with Exotistic Design Studio.
