Jyoti Punj Hospital is a dedicated Mother & Childcare Hospital in Patna, committed to providing quality healthcare services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
Handle cash book, ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Verify bills and expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain records of hospital collections, payments, and expenses.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Support monthly financial reporting and account closing activities.




Coordinate with internal departments for financial records and verification.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Honest, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience in hospital accounting will be preferred.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
