Offboarding:
Manage joining formalities, induction programs, orientation, and exit interviews.
Statutory Compliance: Oversee labor law compliance, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and local labor regulations relevant to healthcare units.
Training &
Quality Support:
Coordinate training programs aligned with healthcare accreditation standards like NABH or ISO
Attendance &
Payroll Input:
Track employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate inputs for monthly payroll processing.
Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, conflict resolution, and support a protected work culture, including POSH compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
