Job Summary

Travancore Rural Development Producer Company Limited, Adoor, is looking for a HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate with branch managers and department heads for staffing requirements.
Handle employee joining, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
Support employee grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.




Coordinate HR-related activities across branches.
Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative functions.

Qualification
MBA – HR / Human Resources Specialization – Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.

Responsible, disciplined, and professional attitude.
Willingness to travel to branches when required.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on qualification, skills, and experience.
