We are looking for an HR Executive & Front Office Executive to manage HR functions along with reception and front-office responsibilities in our IT company.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions
Handle day-to-day HR operations.
Manage recruitment and interview coordination.
Conduct CV screening and candidate follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Coordinate probation, confirmation, and performance reviews.
Handle employee queries and HR communications.
Support payroll and monthly HR inputs.
Implement company HR policies and procedures.
Handle resignation, notice period, and exit formalities.

Front Office & Reception
Manage the reception and front desk.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and candidates.
Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
Manage visitor appointments and records.
Coordinate meetings and meeting-room arrangements.
Handle courier,



mail, and document coordination.
Maintain a skilled and organized reception area.

Requirements
MBA in Human Resources (HR) – Mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Professional and presentable personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Prior experience in an IT/corporate workplace will be an advantage.
