Robust working knowledge of CATIA/UNIGRAPHICS
Experience of creating the part drawing system level drawing
Experience in design of components and related knowledge of plastics material,
Tooling requirement, manufacturing process, assembly etc.
Knowledge of interfacing components to ensure system level design compatibility
Technical project management based on APQP
Working knowledge of problem solving techniques design optimization
Should know the regulatory/certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc.
Benchmarking, cost reduction, DFMEA, DFA

Development of Automotive lighting assemblies/subassemblies/
components from concept to production release
