Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for international hiring.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Work closely with hiring managers to close positions.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
Candidates with previous experience in the Digital Marketing or IT industry will be preferred.
Freshers may apply if they have relevant recruitment knowledge or internship experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals is preferred.
Willingness to work according to international market timings when required.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
