Role & responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and preparation of financial statements as per I-GAAP/Ind-AS.
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, fund flow, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Drive financial governance, internal controls, accounting standards, and process improvements.
Lead cost analysis, unit economics, EBITDA, AOP, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
Provide oversight to AP, Taxation, and Fixed Asset Accounting functions.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
Monitor fixed assets and capex accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset verification.
Drive automation and ERP integration to improve finance processes and reporting.
