US Staffing / US HR experience is mandatory.
Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
Canada HR/Staffing experience is highly preferred.
Candidates comfortable with working from Madhapur, Hyderabad only should apply.
Valuable English communication is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle HR operations for US employees.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation and HR records.
Handle employee queries, attendance and leave management.
Support payroll and HR reporting.
Coordinate with US teams and employees during night shifts.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in US Staffing / US HR.
Canada HR/Staffing exposure will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
