Beat Educations is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented HR training through practical and interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging HR classes for students using practical and interactive teaching methodologies.
Deliver training across core HR domains, including HR Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Employee Relations.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and learning materials.
Conduct practical sessions, activities, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Provide career guidance and industry-relevant insights to students.
Monitor student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current HR practices, tools, and industry trends.
Support and participate in webinars, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective and consistent course delivery.
