MPES Pvt. Ltd., a growing Water & Wastewater Treatment, Waste Management & Engineering company, is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR professional to take ownership of our HR operations and help build the HR system from the ground up.

What you'll do
Lead end-to-end recruitment for office & site teams.
Build and manage HR systems, policies & processes.
Handle onboarding, attendance, leave & employee records.
Coordinate payroll, PF, ESI & statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations and workplace issues.
Develop performance/KPI systems and HR reporting.
Support manpower planning as the company expands.

What we're looking for




2–5 years of practical HR experience
Strong recruitment & employee-management skills
Working knowledge of PF, ESI & payroll
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent English & Malayalam communication
Proactive, organised and confident
Experience in construction, engineering, environmental services or other field-based industries is a plus
